At Kongens Nytorv (Kings New Square) you will find Charlottenborg Kunstsamling that is one of the finest examples of a collection of modern art in Copenhagen. In the nearby street Bredgade you can visit Kunstindustrimuseet (Museum of Craftsmanship) with examples of Danish design from the 20th century. Bredgade is also the easiest way to get to the Queens Residence Amalienborg and Marmorkirken (The Marble Church). If you walk in the opposite direction you will get to the home of the Danish parliament Christiansborg and the imposing Dutch renaissance building Børsen where the Danish stock exchange used to be.
